Remove "Create Account" button?

I have my website mode set to Private, and that's great, but I don't want any random person or bot signing up. I have a small group, and I can manually create their accounts. I need to remove the "Create Account" button entirely from /login. Basically, I want users to be able to sign in, but I don't want anyone to be able to sign up, so I need to remove the ability to create an account anywhere it appears. How can I achieve this?
