Today i changed some Setting's in config.php
But after saving the setting , Url input field in url upload option changed to this :

how to fix?

i changed setting's like max upload file size and max multi upload value

i restored default config.php and default templatefunctions.php but the problem still ...
 
i changed to default and the problem fixed
but i have many Customization on this theme. how i can fix this theme?
 
Take care of the elements that you are adding to your site. Please notice that HTML is very sensitive to wrong closures and things like that. Something like a unclosed <div> can screw the whole site display.
