Dear community,

System requirements

Kindly remember to always check the system requirements before asking for help. Do not skip checking requirements.

If you did not check requirements and you got a system requirements error then fulfill the alleged requirement on your server. Easy as that, don't ask, simply read the message and fix your server.

If you don't know how-to fix your server then ask proplery providing your server scope, indicate how/where you run the system, what you tried so far. We encourage you to ask in a manner such as the stuff you are asking is your problem, not an error of the software.

Updates

All updates always carry stack updates you need to constant check our requirements documentation.

Do not update the software if you aren't ready to update your server. The software won't work with outdated requirements. You can always try with a clean installation just to see if it works.

Please note that tempering the code for supporting old servers is not supported neither advised.
