Redirect to image page after upload

After running my image hosting website on chevereto for last 1.5 years I learned that most users just comes and upload image and get away with image link. These links are most often hyperlinked other forums/blogs.

The problem is that the only ad view we are getting is from home page ads(which is at bottom of mys site and no one really click it). Also it makes my site feel like a uploading platform rather than a image sharing site.

I would like to suggest the following to be consider for future release.

1. After image upload is complete, redirect to the image page automatically.
2. If it is bulk image upload redirect to Album/profile images page.
3. Display the Upload Complete/Image link box over the image page.

If implemented it would look something like this.

Also (if possible) it would be better to redirect the plain image url to image page

1) For single image this is good idea! +1
2) This is working if user move his image in existing album after uploading, its redirect to his album page.
