I‘m sorry. I miss understood the meaning of 'max_resize_size'
I thought change this I can let all the width of uploaded images <= 650
when I upload a image using api, I need all the width of uploaded images <= 650, can this happen?

max_resize_size is the max value allowed for resizing. For example, a large image of 5000px width cant be resized to 3000px, it can be only resized to the max_resize_size.
