Recaptcha not showing up when enabled ?

Well i have recaptcha enabled and it doesn't seem to show up in the sign up page not sure if u have to do more steps than just put the public and private key ?

Btw is it suppose to be like this or is it missing the blue btn ?

Note that recaptcha is shown based on the recaptcha threshold so set that to zero to always show recaptcha.

The blue button thing was fixed on v3.6.4
