reCapcha - Where is it in use?

I have reCapcha enabled, with keys and all. But where do I use it? Is it in use on any page?

I have activated it in settings, external services. Added public and private key.

But I cant see any reCapcha on the "create account" page.

Is there one more setting? Or is it just for guest uploads?
