Really Interested in This

Hello.
Like the title says, I'm very interested in Chevereto but I have a couple of questions.

First off, is it possible for images to be tagged? And for users to view those tags? How about sub-categories? Is that possible with Chevereto?
#2 - Are there themes available? How difficult is it to customize things like menus? I admit there are plenty of options but just looking at it I can think of a couple of things I'd want to change a little.
Anyway I'll wait to hear from you on these before I ask any more.

No tags, no sub-categories for now and no extra themes are available (official).
