Readonly on codes input fields

Hi,

This is is a small modification but I think it may improve usability. Making the codes input fields readonly has the following benefits:
- no keyboard pop-up on mobile devices when tapping the field to select the code
- codes cannot be altered or deleted by mistake

I did not find any disadvantages to this yet, however, I tested on modern browsers only.
 
You are right, the keyboard popup is useless. I will add this for v3.6.1
