    • Confirm that the server meets the System Requirements
    • Check for any available Hotfix - your issue could be already reported/fixed
    • Read documentation - It will be required to Debug and understand Errors for a faster support response

  2. Review the support checklist. This is a documented error report for production.
  3. Get the actual error (like this example), then open a bug ticket.
Remember, topics with only a “Something went wrong” message won’t get much attention. That generic message alone doesn’t help identify the problem.

Do your part: include the specific error details to enable meaningful community support.
