Is there a function where people can register account's and the more pictures they upload the higher they get in ranking? (of course if moderator removes one of the uploaded pictures then points will decrease)

if there is no function like this, are there plans to develop something like it in the future?
 
There are plans to add user groups with promotions like these based in pictures, albums, followers, etc. To be honest there are a lot of things that can be added to Chevereto and I'm working on it, thing is that is a huge list so it takes time.
