Purge Cache on Cloudflare

Hello,

I had observed something can be improved .
When i deleted image ,the image still available if i was using Cloudflare.
Can we add the new function that using Cloudflare API to purge cache of the deleted image.

This is must have feature. There is no point in deleting content if cloudflare is still keeps serving it.

CloudFlare is just one of many CDN, at this time I won't add any special workaround for them.
