Hello everyone, I encountered a problem during the process of upgrading Chevereto from version 4.1.4 to 4.2.0. In the dashboard, I updated the program file to 4.2.0, and it was prompted that the database needs to be updated manually. According to the upgrade SQL statement given by the program, after execution, there was no error reported. However, refreshing the website still prompts to upgrade the database. I re-executed according to the given upgrade SQL statement, but the problem still persists. Has anyone encountered this problem? Thank you.

Hello,

If you’ve manually run the SQL update commands and still see the upgrade prompt, it usually means that one or more statements didn’t fully execute. Double-check if all queries executed successfully. If you can share any specific messages or errors you received, it will make it easier for us or others here to help diagnose the issue.
