Problem upload with image dimension

I find a problem when try upload images with big dimension, let say 3000 x 6000 pixel. How to remove this limitation? BTW, the message is : 20160414_BI 2_Opini.jpg - Server error (Internal server error)

I need your advice...

Large images require more machine and network resources.

That said, increase memory limit, execution time and post max size (php ini).
 
I don't need ftp access for this. If you have cpanel just go there and configure those limits. If don't, then just edit php.ini

how much value do you suggest to anticipate upload image files with pixel size up to 9000 x 9000 ?
I would ask to web hosting person to edit PHP.INI
execution time = ?
post max size = ?
