Problem inside mail header fore account creation

Hello,

When someone create an account into my latest Chevereto 3.8.3, the mail isn't sent because my anti-spam detect a big problem into mail header.

I see 2 x To and 2x Subject :

To: j***1@gmail.com
Subject: =?UTF-8?Q?Validation_de_votre_compte_sur_H=C3=A9bergement_d'images_-_imag?= =?UTF-8?Q?es.franceserv.fr?=
Date: Mon, 19 Sep 2016 12:48:45 +0200
To: j***1@gmail.com
From: "images.franceserv.fr" <noreply@franceserv.fr>
Subject: =?UTF-8?Q?Validation_de_votre_compte_sur_H=C3=A9bergement_d'images_-_imag?= =?UTF-8?Q?es.franceserv.fr?=

Could you check this problem on your side please ?
