How to place this image on the footer?

I wish to place this image on the footer, center of the footer or somewhere and link this banner to a site. Please help me and guide me to do so

Add that in the footer.php in your current theme directory. Making sure it's WITHIN the <div></div> tags of the current footer. If you do not wish to make it center, simply remove the <div align="center"></div> in the above code.
