Hi

I've read the previous post regarding this and I've got my site hosted with Arvixe and all has worked perfectly until I just did an upgrade of the site then

Help.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in /home/mydive/public_html/app/loader.php on line 113

Update from 3.X (Arvixe)
The update procedure is exactly the same but unless is explicitly mentioned do not change the root.htaccess file. If somehow you replaced this file make sure to have this line of code at the very top of the file:

Code:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php54 .php54 .php

it's sorted... I needed to use the NTphpthingy to update the version thanks

I've now got this issue....

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_use_captcha() in /home/mydive/public_html/app/themes/Peafowl-custom/settings.php on line 356

only since the upgrade and some of the header button drop down menus when you hover over them have ceased to work now... I've reregistered the keys at captcha... so I don't know what else it could be...

Most likely you need to check the changes by each file. An old theme won't work as expected due to the changes in the core functions.
