Paid user version

Is there a status here? Unfortunately, the site or the server can hardly be financed with banners anymore. Either you are not accepted, or there are banner blockers. The payment function should definitely come here.
 
I said V4, for the record V3 lasted 8 years. To avoid confusion I will remove this from accepted RFC.
