Pages don't working (.htacces?)

In the footer are links to pages:

About Us
Terms of Service
Contact

but this subpages does exist.

Could you fix that, and make simple examples of conditions and about us page ?

I'm afraid that you don't have mod_rewrite on your server. What kind of server do you have?

Create a new .php file, put this code on it:

<?php phpinfo(); ?>

Upload this file and send me a PM with the url of this file so I can see the server details.

Ok. I just found solution.
In first :
Mac OS X hides files like .htaccess, so we can't upload it to our server.
To fix that we could :
1. Download this widget : http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/developer/hiddenfiles_matthansen.html
install and then click on show in widget page.
2. Click on View - Show invisible files in Tansmit app.

And then upload a .htaccess file.
