I have follow The hot fix https://chevereto.com/community/threads/error-500-3-11-0.10244/
But is dosent work for me

I am on 7.0.31 PHP, i have change but the result is the same.

Hello, I contact you, because following the installation of the update, it is impossible for me to browse the albums.

The album loads not the other page.

If I go on Recent => Images, it is possible for me to navigate, but as soon as I enter an album it does not work anymore.

Sorry for bring this reply again, but I cannot help you without some error log and/or server access to your website. This is because I can't replicate this issue with the information you have provided to me.

Send server access to inbox@chevereto.com don't forget to include:

Server access (FTP/SSH)
- username
- password
- chevereto path
- error_log path

Admin access (Chevereto)
- username
- password
(Just create a temp user for me)

Also include a reference to this ticket (Ticket URL).

Please understand that unless you get me access or relevant error entries I'm unable to help you. I cannot help you if I don't know what is the source of the problem.
