I can't pay with Paypal because there is no option to i can withdraw money from my credit card to Paypal. Please is there any other method with i can pay $68?

Example western union or maybe on your other website where i can pay with credit card? Sincerely
 
Thanks bee for help. I am new in this .How can i make that payment if i not have balance in my Paypal? Can you explain me what i must do? I have money on credit card VISA. and is already connected with Paypal account long time ago
 
PayPal will automatically take money from your credit card and use it as balance.

As for additional payment options, I will add Bitcoin.
