ordered hosting and free edition. billed for the core version $150. Refundn fix

Description of the issue
What? I signed up for the free edition and got the hosting deal one and everything. i might in the future upgrade to this but now you need to fully refund this amount and give me the license information to pasw along to your hosts. This is extremely confusing with 3-5 logins and unclear corporate relationships log numbers, client numbers, license numbers. I'ms ure that all means somethign to you involved with it, but intrinsically they mean the same thing or anything
please process this refund, let me know where this went off the rails and what we can do to get it back on again

PS this support thing is circuitous as well . This page says to go to a different page for non-tech support. the link on that page takes me directly back here. i can find no non-tech or specifically billing support. I hope you will help me.
 
We don't process TMDHosting billing. They are a third-party that partners with us and offers hosting services. If you need a refund ask them directly. Sad to know that this troubled you so much.

I've shared this post with my POC at TMDHosting, hope that they can contact you to process your refund.
