This is from Genesis hosting:
In the OpenStack configuration, you specified everything correctly, but the software you are using apparently only supports Version 2.0 of the identity service, which was deprecated long ago, so we don't expose this anymore. The fact that it references the "/tokens" portion of the path reveals this. In Version 3 of the Identity service, the URL would include "/auth/tokens", which returns an "Unauthorized" message when you visit the URL here:
https://us-central-1.genesishosting.com:5000/v3/auth/tokens

Is there a newer version of the software that would support the newer authorization API?

I'm sorry, but Chevereto V3 only supports this library: https://github.com/rackspace/php-opencloud which is compatible with V2. As V3.20 is on LTS and V4.0.0 beta is about to be released within one month this won't be considered for V3 branch.

You will have to use another provider.
