oneskyapp needs to add a new Chinese translation

translations of some new features have not been added in oneskyapp, making it impossible to submit translations independently.
For example Moderate,Cover,Info,Sub albums,Create sub album,clear.
 
Sorry for the confusion, but when it comes to language I prefer to do it on a late stage of the release versioning while all new features and changes settle.

Soon as the revision process gets to a more stable release (3.20.X) I will update the language strings.
