Old PHPmailer version

Hi
My Webhoster sent me an email saying there was a old unsafe version of PHPmailer in my cheverato catalog.

PHPMailer 5.1: /includes/classes/class.smtp.php
PHPMailer 5.1: /includes/classes/class.phpmailer.php

Are these files in use? I have updated to the version3.9.2 so the PHP version should be 5.2.something according to the changelog.
Is this some files left behind from the old installation?
