Ok, I've tested and it works. I've changed the language in my browser to "VI" to ask the website use that language and works in Firefox. Did you edited the vi.php language file or any other language file?

I just talked to him and he said that he moved his website to HostGator and everything work fine. It's probably because of the server.
However, he come up with another problem. When he uploaded his images, he tried to retrieve BBcodes to post it on his forum. He want to each images stay on one line.
For example: He uploaded two images to his website and this is what appear in BBcode session:

[img]http://upanh.mybet.vn/images/2013/06/07/luminglass-animation.gif[/img] [img]http://upanh.mybet.vn/images/2013/06/07/pine-street-inn092712878x494.jpg[/img]

However, he want it separate into two lines instead of one. Like this:

Please help him out about this. Thank you!
