Not receiving new registration activation email

Description of the issue
Hello,

As far as I know SMTP should be working fine because forgot password, contact forms, and test mail sender works fine. I am receiving emails beside from the confirmation email.

Can you help me out figuring out why?

It's working, I am receiving the test email.

But it is kinda odd that I am not receiving any confirmation/activation emails.
 
Are you expecting to receive an activation email when a new user creates an account? If so, it's not set up to do that, but it's something we've requested.

Unfortunately, no. New created accounts needs to be activated via clicking the confirmation link sent to their registered emails. However, my users are not getting the confirmation email. (other functions that sends email works fine like the forgot password, test email)

If the test mail works then I don't know what could be wrong. Maybe is a bug, can someone else confirm that in v3.10.4 welcome email is being sent? I tested some installations and everything worked properly.

Are you using SMTP or PHPMail?

By the way, I can't enter your web server with the login credentials that you provided when you opened this ticket.
