Not letting me add external storage (form not submitting)

I was just set up by you on arvixe.com and I'm trying to add Amazon s3 external storage but every time i fill in the form and click submit absolutely nothing happens. No error message, no attempted submission (as far as I can tell), the submit button switches to the loading animation for a couple seconds and then comes back again and that's it.
