Receiving message in left up corner: "You have been forbidden to use this website."

When i ban some Ip address for example illegal picture


Somehow when some particular IP is banned then i not have access to website.So, how that my IP is banned too?(very very strange) After lot of refreshing website then i have access again to the website as admin. And again daily i again not have access to website and i see this message: You have been forbidden to use this website.


Conclusion:

When i delete banned IP address everything work normal,and i have access again to admin panel and whole website.
