Not able to login to dashboard

Hi, glad to hear there is a new update. Chevereto works fine in these days but when I cannot login the web today to update and it keeps redirect me to the homepage. I tried to clean the cookies but it did not work. How can I log in the Dashboard again?

That's the way to request support. Do please open a ticket in Tech Support following the guideline and filling the required fields as version, server details, etc.

Please don't omit any detail, I need to know from which version you updated, which server you use, mysql, etc.
