Non-admin account's profile bio text shows single inverted comma as '

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. Edit any non-admin Profile
  2. Go to profile tab
  3. Add text with single inverted comma to bio
  4. Save
  5. Now to go profile page.
  6. The profile bio text will show ' as '.

Strangely, this only happens on non-admin profiles. On admin profile it is shown just fine.
