No Random URL's being generated

Hey,

I understand that it's not officially supported to be run on IIS but the majority of it works from what I can see. But when I upload an image it used to generate a random link for that specific image but it no longer does this. It uploads it with the original file name and then will start generating random file names if you upload the exact same image again.

Anyone got any ideas?
