Need help adding auto detect adult content and hide

is anyone here good at php? that could help me adding following function to my site https://chevereto.com/community/threads/auto-detect-adult-content-and-hide.10869/

If you look at post by imguru you can see rating box which i would like to have as well on my site and that adult content flags as NFSW automaticly.

I spoke with the OP of the post but he told me to contact imguru but that user hasn't been on since 21 january 2019, so that's why i made this post to see if anyone else can help me out with this so i can have feature added.
