Hi there, glad I found this product and community as I think it could be a perfect fit for what we're up to - a image-driven site to upload and distribute memes tailored to a pretty specific theme and audience. That said, I'm not a dev and although I'm familiar with the install and setup process as described, I'd prefer not to do it myself and leave it to the hands of someone much more capable in that regard. I see on the v4 docs that a paid installation service is available but can't seem to figure out the appropriate next steps to go down that path. Do I need to buy the license before finding out if there are add'l fees, what the timeline is, etc?

Appreciate any help the community can offer, thanks in advance!

If you’d like to use our paid installation service, the first step is to create an account and purchase a Chevereto license, which gives you access to both the software and support services. You can do this by visiting chevereto.com/panel after signing up. Once your license is purchased, you’ll have the option to select our installation service, and we’ll walk you through the setup.

The current fee is $45 for installation service and it is delivered within 48 hours max.

Thanks Rodolfo. I assume that once it's set up we'll just need to pay Digital Ocean or Vultr monthly, there's no ongoing fees on your end?

Last question - when I'm in the demo and click on an image, it comes up in what I assume is a Lightbox or similar, but clicking off the image anywhere else on the page doesn't return me to the main page, and there's no clear path to do so other than the back button or clicking the chevereto logo. Am I just missing it or is this the intended design?

That’s correct, Matt! Other than the yearly fee, there are no additional fees from us. Any extra services are purely optional and are there to add convenience if needed.

Currently, the demo is set up without a lightbox, so images open in the same window; using the back button will return you to the exact previous spot (listing). With the lightbox enabled, images would open in a full-screen viewer, allowing for easy content browsing.

If you'd like, I can provide access to a private demo where you can explore all the available settings and customize the experience.

Thanks, and I'll take you up on the offer for a private demo. I'm pretty much sold on the product but it would be good to get a sense for how much work it will take to customize it to our preferences. I already created an account here (ion_chaser) so LMK what I need to do next. Thanks!
