Move lib/Peafowl/peafowl.css to Theme folders

Please move lib/Peafowl/peafowl.css which controls the dark theme, to the theme folders. I keep forgetting to save this file when I update the system and have to start over. It makes more sense to be part of the theme folder since it controls so much of the styles.

I'd like to bring this up and express further interest to this one. I had to go through and edit some css again in the /lib/ folders. It'd be nice if they were part of the themes.

In addition there are further css hidden:

app/content/system/style.css
lib/Peafowl/peafowl.css

Also the min.css should be moved along with them.

The files can remain separate names. But, they should be within the /themes/ folders not scattered to make theme editing easier.
