Move current subdomain setup to parent domain

Greetings,

I want to move my current subdomain chevereto (x.foo.bar) installation, to the parent domain (foo.bar).
How is the best practice to do this, without breaking the installation.

I'm going to move all the files and contents to the parent one (using Plesk's Website Copy function).
The Database is not going to change, it will be the same.

Chevereto detects the system paths so you shouldn't have any major issue doing this.
