Moderating images not working

🎯Description of the issue

I have installed the latest version of the script that is 3.16.1 and I have enabled moderation for All images, but unfortunately, moderation is not working and getting an error message as below.

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Image upload >> Moderate upload [ ALL]
  2. Tried uploaded images as a guest as well as from admin account
  3. Tried to moderate the images from the moderate menu on the top left option and not working

Not sure how to get the error logs or debug logs

Not sure whether the logs contain what you requested.
What did I do?
1. Enabled debug level = 1
2. Dashboard > Settings > System > Enabled
3. exported log from hostgator
attached the logs here

I'm afraid that you sent an access log, I need an error log. Set debug mode 3 to get the error printed to the screen, it will be easier to fetch the error.

Enabled debug to 3 and below is the latest one. I'm not sure whether the error is showing there:

I can't identify any moderation related error in your log. You will need to enable debug level 3, trigger the error, and inspect the XHR response to show me the error.

I had enabled debug level 3 and I can see an only error when trying to reproduce the error is below.

This is the only the log i can see when I do the moderation

I have done the maximum I could.

Otherwise, I have reached out to Hostgator support for further assistance, if you could not provide anything more than this.

I have contacted Hostgator multiple times for this and they don't know or they don't have anything other what I shared above.

if you still can't help on this. u can close the case I will run my system disabling the moderation option.

Your installation files are outdated. You need to always merge your changes and update any server side cache. Invalid action is triggered because your route json is not reflecting the file from 3.16
