ModerateContent is not working properly

Hello,

I got problem with moderate content.
Although I have set:
  • Block Content: Adult
  • Flag NFSW: Adult
but users still can upload adult contents although all of them are set NFSW.
Any help at this configuration so that we can block adult content totally?

Note that in this support section is for specific issues affecting your installation. This section is not to report bugs in the software. For bugs, you must refer to the Bug Reporting section and follow the process there.

This is required to isolate the issue and make it reproducible. We will require all the steps, conflicting files and the system setup required to replicate thee bug.
