Moderate or history for call to action, avatar, background, username, email change

Now we have a page /moderate for administrator to manually review images.
More user content can be added to this system so that we can monitor all of the user's behavior and ensure that the site runs safely.

Twitter and Facebook have timeline. I think this feature will allow the administrator to manage the site better.
