Missing files in 3.5.13?

I want to upgrade from 3.5.12 to 3.5.13 (2015-01-07); just the affected files.

But many files in app/themes/Peafowl/ seem to be missing in the download? Among them the affected files:
- app/themes/Peafowl/dashboard.php
- app/themes/Peafowl/image.php

Did you really had changes in app/themes/Peafowl/views/image.php ?
i dont saw any changes. iam using a program that compares my old file with the new one, so i can easily update and keep all my own changes.
 
Yes I did. I'm not at home right now but I remember that there was a change in that file. But maybe you have an already patched image.php because when I find bugs I just change the releases channel without calling those changes as a new version.
