Missing Features from the List

Hey @ all,

there are some features that i cant handle. Those are:

Image upload

• Public/private upload

If a user makes his Profile as private, the uploaded picture is still in the Explore/ Search etc. List. Why?? Private means for me that only somebody who knows the link can see the pic.
How can a user handle to make pics invisible from public viewing ?

And at last: How can I translate Categories and Pages like TOC an so on ?

But I'm a little confused, cause u can't create a new album without upload a image before. Or i am blind to see a Create Album Button ??

Because a private profile means that the account is in incognito mode or something like that. It doesn't have anything to do with content privacy which goes by album privacy settings. You are mixing user profile visibility with content privacy.

Either you force a global privacy for everyone or each user sets his own privacy settings for each album.

You can't.

Only registered users can create albums. The button is at the top right when you visit your own profile.

That's the free edition. Is not the same as the paid edition that's why you don't see same stuff.

That button was added recently (after the free edition fork) so it didn't make it to the current free edition. FYI free edition has a different release cycle, is not the main product and it comes "as is".

The release cycle is as follows:

1. Minor release (paid edition [e.g. 3.9] + free edition [e.g. 1.0.8])
2. Revision releases (paid edition) [e.g. 3.9.1, 3.9.2, 3.9.3, etc.]
3. Chevereto Free fork (forked from final paid edition revision)
4. Minor release (paid edition [e.g. 3.10] + free edition [e.g. 1.0.9])

Free edition is never the same as the paid edition and it is delayed. Always. This ensures that the free edition has less bugs (remember that it doesn't include support) than the revisions but the downside is that you don't get instant updates + fixes in long periods of time. Indeed, check the free releases and pay attention in how spread are those releases.

Create album button was added on v3.9.0 and Chevereto Free v1.0.8 was forked from v3.8.13 which doesn't have this button but a "create album with this upload" after you complete a upload queue. Create album button will get added to Chevereto Free but that will be on the next release cycle which should happen between September / October.
