Minify CSS/JS files not being used

I enabled Minify CSS/JS in the dashboard. However, the minified css/js files are not being used. Any ideas why? My site is gagr.com
 
I think that I've told you before. Anyway, that function requires write permission in all the folders where the target files to minify are. For example, you need writing permission in app/themes/Peafowl/
