More of a suggestion. But I'd like to retain my header image on login and sign-up pages

1. At least the logo remains so people can go back to the homepage and have something to click on
2. The password strength bar stays hidden until the user starts typing.

3. Extend the background panel on the current menu to the top of the screen.
