If I upload a GIF that's 50px wide, i'd like a way to set the max width, for example, 200px, if the image width is under 50px wide.

Max width settings for animated GIFs

Some animated gifs that are uploaded are super small. Maybe 100px wide. When a user views them they are super small and I would like them scaled up.

I understand that. But for some, to keep the size small is acceptable.
You already know what I'm going to say at this point... If the request doesn't meet certain interest from the rest of the community it won't get that far. You posted this on May 26 and no one else seems to have the same urge as you. I'm sorry but at this time I must focus in more popular requests.
