Not sure where to put this thread, so if it needs to be moved, please move.

Anyway - in the admin pane (dashboard) I see I can set the max amount of images to be uploaded at a time. It is maxed at five. Is there a reason for this? Is there a way to override this?

Yeah, those are upload threads no max uploads. Is capped to 5 because every upload will open a new thread and if you multiply that for every peer uploading images you could get a very nasty bottleneck if you increase it over 5.

In short, is capped to 5 so the website performance doesn't get affected by simultaneous uploads.

HI Rodolfo, understand the max upload threads is capable at 5 as the safe value to prevent DDOS attack. we are running a personal portfolio site. want to know it is possible to increase the upload threads limit for single user site.
