Max image size when uploading with api is 1 mb

I have set the max image size to 80 mb and it works perfectly except when I try to upload with api any image with the size above 1 mb. Then I get (400) bad request. Why?
 
Empty upload source. I have increased upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to 1024mb and set max image size to 1024mb in the settings
