Description of the issue
Hello. I just did a manual install to my server. When I plug in my url I get an error stating that "mb strings is not loade on this server. Please help with this error.
 
The error tells you exactly what is going on: Your server misses that core library and you must refer to your hosting company about that. mb_strings is a de facto extension (standard PHP) so it must be loaded or the system won't work at all.
