Make Select files and Upload button in the same bar

Hi, I want to make my theme like this:

Right now I have been able to do this:

But I can't seem to find out ow to match the "Select files | Upload" button like I have done one the pic.
Is there anyone that know how and can help me? Am might able to pay a littlebit if someone help me 🙂
