Make "anyone with the link" safer alternative

The current privacy option "anyone with the link" brings convenience but brittle security as the id could be guessed, specially in brand new installations.

There should be an option for link sharing but including a hash/secret that must be passed to access the content, like a built-int password.

Where did you see this?
It was asked in this community and I'm now RFC this to bring it to the table.
