Local storage Cron tasks are not automatically performed.

When the Cron task remains the same, I tested the local storage and Google Cloud Storage,Google Cloud Storage to perform the delete task normally, but the local storage will not, and the actual images are still on the local hard disk.

This kind of stuff needs to be reported as a bug, indicating system versions and chevereto version.
